Misery loves company

Obvious as it may seem, right smacked at the back of the brains of humans, they don't seem to realise they are their own cure for their gloom.

Majority that I know of these days, sits back and be over expressive openly in public. 3/4 of the time I can't help but feel peeved. I wince so bad and have such bad thoughts of such people that I feel judgemental and I am penned down by remorse... I'm not someone who has a thing for people who express so... expressively and openly but it is still intriguing for me. No pun intended but how does expressing so much oftenly in public, solve things and make you better? I am awestricken. And for some kind souls out there, they try to give comfort and words of advice but down it goes deeper than the drain and maybe, even unknowingly pulled into the negative vibe. But what else is there that they want if solution is given?

Why won't you trust that you are your own medicine? Your own personal doctor?
