Very much out of the league but, something so out of form and maybe even pointless to some. There you go.

The key to a perfect or almost wonderful and radiant skin condition is 2.5l of water everyday. Having a well balanced diet and exercising is also important. Get a good skin care product that suits your skin, remember that everyone is different and reacts differently to products and it is only a matter of time before you find one that suits you best. Moisturizing is also very important, never leave that out just because you think you have got oily skin and moisturizing leads to having oilier skin. Not true. Also, fruits fruits fruits! Fruits are important. I throw in raw tomatoes and consume them just like that every evening and if it doesn't slip my mind, an apple or banana or whatever yummy fruit I can find. Tomatoes are awesome, they give natural blushers to cheeks so girls, take note. I don't know what fruits does but it honestly gives off a smoother complexion and it helps with constipation. Lastly, wash your face only 2 times a day, no more than that and do that routine thing. The toner, moisturizer and cleanser and so on so forth. Oil blotter sheets helps tremendously too.

That is all that I can remember and I believe these are all of importance. Most importantly, fluid. I cannot emphasize on that any further. 2.5litres a day and you will see changes within 3 months. Do not look down on this 2.5 litres because it replenishes and flushes out the toxins thus giving a healthy glowing skin as time passes. Do not worry if you are not used to having 2.5 of water a day as I was not used to it at first. Try out with a litre per day and then increase it gradually.
Tomatoes too, I swear upon tomatoes. Fruits fruits fruits fruits. Cut down on oily and fatty food. Maybe consume it once in 2 weeks if you can hardly resist such scrummy, delicious, fatty and very very unhealthy looking food. But please do try to cut down in any way if possible. Also, good hygiene is definitely important to have flawless complexion. Keeping bedsheets and pillow covers changed once a week or more can help give a healthier skin cause while sleeping, germs from your hair can transmit to your skin easily as I know many of you are either sleeping sideways or face-on-pillow and many other more form of patterns. Oily hair can also lead to having bad skin condition so make sure you take at least 2-3 bathes a day. 3 if you are doing vigorous activities like sports and so on so forth.

I cannot say that I have perfect complexion because isn't it so darn obvious I have spots and pimples everywhere? Thought that, my skin has been improving tremendously with the help of water and all that I have mentioned above. I swear by all of these. Last but not least, DO NOT belittle the wonders of fluid, hygiene, exercising, basic skin care products and having a well balanced diet.

I hope all of you will have a more positive out look on having better skin with these few tips of advices though I cannot be sure if anyone will read. Having healthy glowing skin is simple and only takes cultivating of habits :)
Google.com if you need more explanation.

PS, there are definitely more than these to having good skin but these are the basics that has been planted in me for the pass 3-4 months.

Truth is... I think I am just depressed that a whole lot of my hair (though finally healthy) has been chopped off and thus coming up with this to maybe try to make me feel a whole less depressed. Time to turn in to stop the frowning.

Definitely hope i've helped with those burdened with skin problems. Patience is the key too :)
